Mission Statement
Contract Aero's mission is to fully support aircraft operators and MRO's by supplying certified flight crews and maintenance technicians during critical periods of product delivery and personnel shortages.
Incorporated in 1998 Contract Aero began with the goal to manage contract aircraft maintenance technicians which would meet or exceed the qualities or our customers requests.
In 2004 Contract Aero began to recruit pilots and technicians for full time positions for their clients worldwide. In the ever increasing competition for skilled workers and the aging workforce population, Contract Aero's clients are beginning to rely more and more on our expertise to locate candidates interested in relocating, possess the correct skill sets and most important of all are able to adapt and work well with others.
